I have so much to share with you regarding health and healing with herbs.

I am writing more articles .

I will be sharing more on common cause of common conditions experenced by us all,
such as headaches ,indigestion, stress,colds,flus, and as always more on herbs and their uses.
A little bit about me
I am a Herbalist with over 23 years hands on experience. I am Native American. I am a part of the healing going on in the world right now and do what I can to be the change I want to see in the world.
