I have found a government petition that hasn't had much promotion and it needs to get 200 signatures by 21/08/09 to be put forward to government officials, at the moment it has 121. 2,000,000 defenceless cats and dogs are skinned alive every year in China. That's 5,479 every day, 228 every hour or nearly 4 every minute all dying in excruciating agony.
