The first tooth is here

Dear Jilma, As we set out early tomorrow morning for you to be seen for the first time by your maternal grand parents in Germany, I couldn't help but note with pleasure the beautiful tooth that recently appeared and make you look even more gorgeous. Unfortunately however, it appears the the tooth is so precious to you that all my attempts to photograph it have remained in vain. You militarily guard your diamond tooth from being photographed. When you're not protesting for your milk or food an… Continue

The new health and safety law

I recently heard a Radio4 "Today" discussion on a privately sponsored bill and I thought I'll find out more. It turned out to be a piece of interesting information that our company could create more awareness about. I wrote a press release which I'm having circulated all around the place. And then realised that one place I've not talked about it is here where I'm still strugling to fill pages of my blog. So, here we go and the video version is also uploaded. Ditch the SatNav! When you go to Wales

Members of Pledging for Change, my friends and family nearly lost me to an 800 feet deep River Irfon somewhere in Mid-Wales. There’s a hotel in this part of Wales called Caer Beris Manor. Once upon a time last week, Süka sent me and one of my business partners to an exhibition in Wales. We only realised the exhibition was coming on very late. And as we found it very relevant to our market, we called the organisers and were lucky to get the last exhibition space available. Hard to find acContinue

It is a boy

Last Friday at 11.18 in a beautiful Bristol St. Michael's Hospital, we had new baby. And guess what? It was a boy!! Huuray!!

We refused to be told what gender to expect during the pregnancy. And since we already have a girl, it was all smiles to now have a boy. As with me always, mor… Continue

Oh, so what do I start with this blog?

Is it only just me or are some other people facing the same dilemma? Many a time, a lot of things happen to me or to others or to events that make for a good blog entry. At that instant, I'll just think to myself; how great to it would be to have a blog and write about these. And yet, when I finally get to the blog site, I kind of lose that flair and wit with which I want to convey the message. The result is that I just leave the blog empty. Does this happen to you? For example, something inc… Continue

Do all the good you can, By all the means you can, In all the ways you can, In all the places you can, At all the times you can, To all the people you can, As long as ever you can. -- John Wesley, "Letters of John Wesley"

Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centres of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance. -- Robert F. Kennedy
